ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC. ON SATURDAY A LARGE 30.5 INCH
HIGH WILL BUILD FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY TO THE CAROLINA
COASTLINE...WHILE ALSO EXTENDING NORTHWARD ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES.
