ON MONDAY. FOLLOWING THE DEPARTURE OF THIS HIGH...ANOTHER 29.3 INCH
LOW WILL TRACK FROM THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TUESDAY TO NORTHERN QUEBEC
BY WEDNESDAY...WHILE DRAGGING ITS TRAILING COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE
TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD IN AGAIN BEHIND THE FRONT
