PROVINCE TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT TRAILING THIS LOW WILL CROSS THE
LAKE IN THE PROCESS. A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL THEN BUILD FROM THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES TUESDAY TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY WEDNESDAY.
