GIVE WAY TO A COLD FRONT THAT WILL CROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT...
BEFORE A 30.4 INCH HIGH BUILDS ACROSS CENTRAL ONTARIO AND QUEBEC
SUNDAY. LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN DEVELOP ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND
DEEPEN TO 29.4 INCHES AS IT TRACKS ALONG THE PENNSYLVANIA-MARYLAND
BORDER LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY. FOLLOWING THE DEPARTURE OF
THIS SYSTEM...A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL RIDGE ACROSS THE LOWER LAKES
