...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River at Dixon affecting Lee County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Rock River at Dixon.
* At 1015 AM Tuesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  7:48 AM Tuesday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 15.5 feet by
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water begins to flow over N Canal Drive in
  Woodland Shores. River out of banks and onto unimproved area on
  west First Street in Dixon. Flooding of backyards at Sherman Avenue
  and River Street in Dixon. Flooding of some unimproved land on
  Riverside Drive in White Oaks. Part of Lowell Road at Lowell Park
  floods around the boat dock.
