  Fox River at Dayton affecting La Salle County

A new flood warning has been issued for the Fox River at Dayton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Fox River at Dayton.
* At  745 PM Tuesday the stage was 12.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 14.4 feet by
  early Wednesday. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday
  morning.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet...Homes approximately 1 mile downstream of
  Wedron begin to flood.
