...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Kankakee River near Wilmington.
* Until further notice.
* At  745 PM Tuesday the stage was 7.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 6.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 8.2 feet by
  Wednesday afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 7.5 feet...South Island park in Wilmington partially
  flooded.
