AT 1123 AM CDT...OUTFLOW AHEAD OF A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING AN ABRUPT WIND SHIFT AND WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS FROM 4 NM
NORTHWEST OF WILMETTE HARBOR TO 17 NM SOUTHWEST OF
WILMETTE HARBOR...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL PASS NEAR...
NORTHERLY ISLAND AND OFFSHORE OF DOWNTOWN CHICAGO.
