A NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SURVEY TEAM HAS CONFIRMED AN EF-1
TORNADO IN AND NEAR MENDOTA ILLINOIS FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS ON
MONDAY NIGHT.

THIS NOW BRINGS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CONFIRMED TORNADOES FROM THIS
EVENT TO 3 TORNADOES. SURVEY TEAMS WILL BE INVESTIGATING
ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE TORNADO DAMAGE IN LASALLE...GRUNDY AND
KANKAKEE COUNTIES.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED WHEN AVAILABLE.

TORNADOES INTO THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES.

EF0...WEAK......65 TO 85 MPH
