AT CHICAGO...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR THE WINTER SEASON WAS
29.8 DEGREES WHICH IS 3.8 DEGREES BELOW THE 1981 TO 2010 AVERAGE.
THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 16.1 DEGREES WHICH IS 3 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL. THE MEAN TEMPERATURE FOR THE SEASON WAS 22.9 DEGREES
WHICH IS 3.5 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

A TOTAL OF 3.65 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED DURING THIS
PAST WINTER...WHICH IS 2.12 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THERE WAS A
