AT CHICAGO...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 31.7 DEGREES WHICH IS
0.7 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 17.6
DEGREES WHICH IS 1.1 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 24.7 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
DURING THE MONTH OF JANUARY...0.84 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS
RECORDED WHICH IS 0.89 OF INCHES BELOW NORMAL. 6.3 INCHES OF SNOW
