...Light Freezing Rain Possible Later Tonight and Saturday
Morning...

Light precipitation is expected to spread into central Illinois
overnight and may extend up to the U.S. Highway 24 area by early
Saturday. This precipitation is expected to be light freezing rain
and may reach as far north as the Gibson City, Paxton, Watseka,
and Fowler areas, and possibly into southern Livingston, Newton
and Jasper counties. If the precipitation occurs in these areas,
it will end by late Saturday morning. Any ice accumulation will
be very light, with a minor glaze possible. Even light amounts of
freezing precipitation though can cause slick conditions on roads
and sidewalks. If traveling late tonight through Saturday morning,
allow for extra travel time and drive with plenty of caution.
