Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the

average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low pressure system across southern
Manitoba early this morning will track eastward to central Quebec
by midday Saturday. Early Sunday morning, a 29.6 inch low over
the Colorado Rockies will eject into the central Plains and deepen
to 29.3 inches as it moves across the western Great Lakes late
Monday. The low will reach Quebec on Tuesday with an area of high
pressure averaging 30.3 inches developing over Saskatchewan and
Manitoba.
