OTHERWISE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS
WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL BECOME CENTERED OVER LOWER MICHIGAN AND THE
OHIO VALLEY BY THURSDAY MORNING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER
NORTHERN ALBERTA THURSDAY EVENING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT
MOVES INTO NORTHERN MANITOBA FRIDAY AND HUDSON BAY LATE SATURDAY.
THIS WILL DRAG A 29.8 INCH TROUGH ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES FOR
