PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES FROM HUDSON BAY TO THE WESTERN
PLAINS WILL SHIFT EAST...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT LAKES MONDAY AND
MONDAY EVENING. AS THE TROUGH MOVES TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY
TUESDAY EVENING...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL THEN LINGER OVER THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. AS THE HIGH DRIFTS TO THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES THROUGH FRIDAY...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL DROP
