NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WILL MOVE EASTWARD...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL THEN DEEPEN TO
29.3 INCHES WHILE LIFTING TO WESTERN QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. A
WEAK 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL DRIFT FROM THE NORTHERN
PLAINS TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE
