For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high of 30.7 inches will slide south across the
interface between the Plains and Rockies tonight and Thursday
morning, before a weak low of 29.7 inches slides out of Canada
into the Upper Great Lakes Thursday night. A separate low of 29.7
inches will swing southeast through western Lake Superior toward
southern Lake Michigan Friday night and into Saturday. Brief
ridging of 30.1 inches on Saturday night will give way to yet
another low of 29.6 inches expected to push through the Great
Lakes on Sunday night into Monday morning. Such a pattern will
prevail through next week.
