UPPER GREAT LAKES TUESDAY EVENING. A LOW PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.9
INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE LOWER MIDWEST BY
LATE WEDNESDAY AS IT EXTENDS A 30.1 INCH TROUGH INTO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES INTO THURSDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER
MANITOBA WEDNESDAY WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST EXTENDING A RIDGE FROM THE
GREAT LAKES TO THE GULF COAST ON THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. AS
THIS RIDGE PUSHES EAST ON FRIDAY A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL
BE ORGANIZING OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
