LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES MOVES FROM SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY MONDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL REACH THE LOWER
GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY AND THE ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY NIGHT WHILE
WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES. A 30.4 INCH HIGH OVER WESTERN HUDSON BAY
WILL PUSH A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION
WEDNESDAY WITH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING REMAINING OVER THE UPPER GREAT
