LAKES AND QUEBEC BY MONDAY NIGHT AS IT WEAKENS TO 29.9 INCHES. 29.7
INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MONDAY AFTERNOON
WILL TRACK ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY BEFORE SLOWLY DISSIPATING OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON
WEDNESDAY. BROAD LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER
THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WEDNESDAY WHILE 30.1 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC. THIS PATTERN WILL PERSIST INTO
THURSDAY BEFORE A PORTION OF THE TROUGH EXTENDS EASTWARD ACROSS THE
MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
