For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch trough will continue to track across Lake
Superior this evening, and will strengthen to 29.5 inches over
Georgian Bay tonight. The low will continue to track over southern
Quebec on Thursday as a 30.3 inch ridge drifts across the Upper
Great Lakes. This ridge will continue eastward ahead of another
29.5 inch trough that will cross the Upper Great Lakes Friday
night. This trough will move eastward through the weekend while a
30.0 inch ridge gradually builds across the region by Sunday. A
29.4 inch trough will move through Alberta and Saskatchewan
towards the Upper Great Lakes on Monday.

rain showers and drizzle with pockets of snow showers. Waves 3 to
5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.
.TONIGHT...North winds 20 to 30 knots with a few gale force gusts
to 35 knots diminishing to 15 to 25 knots late. A chance of
drizzle in the evening. Isolated snow showers. Waves building to 4
to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 5 feet
occasionally to 7 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots veering east. Waves
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 knots increasing to
20 to 30 knots by midnight, then veering south late. A slight
chance of freezing rain in the evening. A chance of rain and
