For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch ridge will build over the Upper Great
Lakes today. Late tonight into Friday afternoon another trough at
29.8 inches will track into and then remain in place across the
Upper Great Lakes as the ridge builds over the Ohio Valley. On
Saturday morning a 29.7 inch low over the Central Plains will
track northeast and reach the Upper Mississippi River Valley by
Sunday afternoon. A 29.6 inch low moves across the Upper Great
Lakes Saturday night and Sunday.
