SUNDAY. IN ITS WAKE...ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.9 INCHES BUILDING
OVER SASKATCHEWAN THIS AFTERNOON WILL MOVE TO THE DAKOTAS SUNDAY. AS
THE HIGH WEAKENS TO 30.8 INCHES WHILE SHIFTING TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY MONDAY...29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL DROP SOUTHEAST INTO
NORTHERN MANITOBA. THE LOW WILL THEN TRACK SOUTHEAST ACROSS ONTARIO
TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES...SENDING A
TROUGH ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY
AS A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.4 INCHES BUILDS ACROSS THE
