.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER CENTRAL QUEBEC
TONIGHT WILL MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY FRIDAY
MORNING WHILE A 30.6 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM BUILDS INTO THE
NORTHERN PLAINS AND EXTENDS A RIDGE AXIS INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES.
EXPECT A WEAK LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES TO SHIFT EAST
THROUGH THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY NIGHT TO THE SOUTH OF THE
LINGERING RIDGE AXIS ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. AFTER THIS TROUGH SHIFTS
TO THE NORTHEAST ON SATURDAY...THE PLAINS HIGH WILL SHIFT INTO THE
LOWER LAKES ON SUNDAY AND THEN INTO NEW ENGLAND ON MONDAY WHILE
WEAKENING TO 30.3 INCHES. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
WILL FOLLOW ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT IN ADVANCE OF
ANOTHER 30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON
MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL THEN BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION
AT 30.1 INCHES THROUGH TUESDAY.
