ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
EVENING...WEAKENING TO 30.2 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES
EXTENDING FROM MANITOBA TO THE EAST COAST THURSDAY MORNING WILL DROP
