WILL SHIFT NORTHEAST TO NEAR JAMES BY LATE TODAY AND DRAG A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES.
A 30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE CENTRAL ROCKIES WILL THEN
SHIFT EAST INTO THE MID MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY ON TUESDAY AND THE
MID ATLANTIC STATES ON WEDNESDAY. EXPECT A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM TO DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON WEDNESDAY AND THEN
MOVE THROUGH NORTHWEST ONTARIO ON THURSDAY INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC ON
FRIDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BUILD INTO THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON FRIDAY.
