NIGHT AND INTO QUEBEC ON TUESDAY. AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL
CROSS LAKE SUPERIOR LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. IN ITS
WAKE...A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST
THROUGH MANITOBA INTO MINNESOTA TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. THE RIDGE
