LOW WILL ORGANIZE ALONG THIS TROUGH OVER CENTRAL WISCONSIN
WEDNESDAY MORNING...THEN LIFT NORTHWARD ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN
THURSDAY MORNING WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL
HEAD NORTH INTO JAMES BAY BY FRIDAY MORNING AND FURTHER DEEPEN TO
29.2 INCHES. A 30.0 INCH RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER GREAT
