A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NEAR LAKE WINNIPEG ON SUNDAY MORNING
WILL CROSS NORTHERN LAKE SUPERIOR SUNDAY NIGHT AND MOVE OVER QUEBEC
MONDAY. EXPECT THIS LOW TO MERGE WITH A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE CENTER
MOVING NORTHWARD UP THE EAST COAST OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES ON
TUESDAY. AS THIS LOW DEEPENS TO 28.8 INCHES OVER THE ST. LAWRENCE
GULF...A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL
SINK INTO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS BY TUESDAY NIGHT. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH
AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY EVENING WILL
