ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL PUSH TO THE OHIO VALLEY ON SUNDAY AND
TO THE EASTERN SEABOARD BY MONDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL
FOLLOW THE RIDGE AND CROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE MONDAY NIGHT
INTO TUESDAY...THEN DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES WHILE LIFTING TO JAMES BAY
