UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY EVENING. ON FRIDAY...A WEAK 29.9 INCH
RIDGE WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND THEN PUSH EASTWARD ON
SATURDAY AS A 29.7 INCH TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES IN FROM THE
