RIDGE BUILDS OVER WESTERN ONTARIO THROUGH THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE
RIDGE WILL EXTEND FROM SASKATCHEWAN THROUGH MINNESOTA AND INTO THE
OHIO VALLEY ON THURSDAY. A 30.0 IN TROUGH MOVES ACROSS EASTERN LAKE
SUPERIOR ON FRIDAY AS 30.8 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL CANADA
BUILDS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
