OF 30.5 INCHES FROM HUDSON BAY TO NORTHERN MANITOBA EXTENDS A
30.2 INCH RIDGE OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE RIDGE WILL BUILD
TO 30.4 INCHES ON WEDNESDAY AND SHIFT TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
AND MID ATLANTIC STATES ON THURSDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5
INCHES OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TRACKS TO THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER VALLEY. THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY ON FRIDAY.
