WILL DISSIPATE ON THURSDAY AS IT MOVES INTO QUEBEC...A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL LINGER OVER THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES TO THE EAST OF A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE
BUILDING INTO THE WESTERN PLAINS. THE TROUGH OVER THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS THE
PLAINS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS TOWARD THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER
