WILL MOVE EAST...REACHING LAKE SUPERIOR THURSDAY. EXPECT A 29.4 INCH
LOW PRESSURE TO FORM ALONG THIS TROUGH OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY THURSDAY EVENING AND THEN DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT LIFTS
