ROCKIES ON SUNDAY TO THE UPPER AND MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MONDAY
WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.6 INCHES. THIS TROUGH WILL THEN DEVELOP INTO A
BROAD 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION
