Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low pressure system across eastern Ontario
continues will move to southern Quebec by this evening.
Meanwhile, a 30.6 inch high pressure over northern Saskatchewan
will shift south across to the central plains by Monday evening
while weakening to 30.3 inches. A 29.6 inch low pressure near Lake
Winnipeg by Monday evening tracks southeast across Lake Superior
Tuesday. In its wake, ridging builds to at least 30.2 inches
across the lake on Wednesday as a 30.7 inch high develops near the
Northwest Territories. This high pressure tracks southeast toward
Lake Superior on Thursday allowing ridging over Lake Superior to
build to 30.4 inches.
