GREAT LAKES WILL SHIFT OFF THE EAST COAST TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES FROM HUDSON BAY TO THE WESTERN
PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON WILL SHIFT EAST...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES MONDAY AND MONDAY EVENING. AS THE TROUGH MOVES TO THE LOWER
GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY EVENING...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL
BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL THEN LINGER OVER THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. AS THE HIGH DRIFTS TO THE LOWER
GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL
DROP SOUTHEAST TO NORTHERN ONTARIO AND SOUTHERN MANITOBA.
