QUEBEC TODAY WITH A 30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDING INTO THE
REGION FROM CENTRAL CANADA. THIS HIGH WILL REACH THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES BY TUESDAY AS THE HUDSON BAY LOW DRIFTS EASTWARD ACROSS QUEBEC.
THE RIDGE WILL REMAIN OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THROUGH FRIDAY.
