.SYNOPSIS...29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER JAMES BAY WILL DEEPEN TO
29.3 INCHES BY MONDAY MORNING AND REMAIN STATIONARY THROUGH MONDAY.
30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES WILL BUILD INTO
THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY BUILD INTO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION ON TUESDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 30.0 INCHES.
THE HIGH WILL CROSS MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY...THEN
STRENGTHEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
THURSDAY EVENING AND THE SEAWAY FRIDAY. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE
WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
