For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high of 30.2 inches over Ontario will move
southeast into southern Quebec this morning as it strengthens to
30.4 inches. The region will then be influenced by weak ridging of
30.1 inches through Monday morning before a 29.5 inch trough
moves through the Upper Great Lakes late Monday and into Tuesday.
A high of 30.2 inches over the central Plains will then impact the
region on Wednesday before a strengthening low pressure of 29.5
inches pushes out of the Rockies over to the Plains on Thursday.
