LAKE SUPERIOR. THE RIDGE WILL REACH NEW ENGLAND BY TUESDAY AS
29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE LOW
WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS LOWER MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND
OVER SOUTHEAST ONTARIO ON WEDNESDAY. ALTHOUGH THIS LOW WILL EXIT
EAST INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES ON THURSDAY...A LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL LINGER BACK INTO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES WHILE A 30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO SOUTH CENTRAL
CANADA. THE RIDGE WILL SHIFT OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY
WHILE THE TROUGH EXITS.
