MICHIGAN WILL DISSIPATE OVERNIGHT. A STRONGER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF
29.4 INCHES WILL DEVELOP NEAR LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY WEDNESDAY MORNING
AND HEAD NORTH AND DEEPEN TO 28.8 INCHES BY THURSDAY MORNING OVER
WESTERN QUEBEC. THE LOW WILL FURTHER DEEPEN TO 28.6 INCHES OVER
NORTHERN QUEBEC BY THURSDAY EVENING. A WEAKER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF
29.8 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY FRIDAY MORNING AND WILL KEEP A TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY NIGHT. A
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE PLAINS ON
SUNDAY.
