For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.8 inches over northern Minnesota
will sweep across Lake Superior this morning. A high pressure
system averaging 30.1 inches will then move over the upper Great
Lakes tonight before another low pressure system averaging 29.8
inches passes through the Great Lakes on Monday. A high of 30.2
inches will then build into the region Tuesday afternoon into
Wednesday.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 15 knots backing southwest by
midnight. Isolated snow showers in the evening, then numerous
snow showers after midnight. Waves calm to 2 feet.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northwest 10 to
20 knots by late morning, then increasing to 20 to 30 knots by
mid afternoon. Scattered snow showers. Waves building to 3 to
6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...North winds 20 to 30 knots becoming northwest
15 to 25 knots after midnight. Freezing spray in the evening.
