MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER IOWA THIS EVENING WILL
LIFT NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY
EVENING...WEAKENING TO 30.2 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES
EXTENDING FROM MANITOBA TO THE EAST COAST THURSDAY MORNING WILL DROP
A 30.3 INCH RIDGE INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES BY FRIDAY...FORCING THE
LOW INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY FRIDAY EVENING. THE HIGH WILL
