AND CROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY...THEN
DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES WHILE LIFTING TO WESTERN QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY
MORNING. A WEAK 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL DRIFT FROM THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE
