PRESSURE OVER MANITOBA AND THE DAKOTAS MONDAY MORNING WILL TRACK
ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY BEFORE SLOWLY DISSIPATING
OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON WEDNESDAY. BY LATE WEDNESDAY...BROAD
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL AND
NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WHILE 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES OVER
