THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY BUILD INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION ON
TUESDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 30.0 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL CROSS MICHIGAN
WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY...THEN STRENGTHEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT
REACHES THE LOWER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY EVENING AND THE SEAWAY FRIDAY.
