CANADIAN MARITIMES ON THURSDAY...A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING
30.0 INCHES WILL LINGER BACK INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. A 30.5
INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER MANITOBA THURSDAY WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER
HIGH OVER THE OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY....WITH A 30.3 INCH RIDGE
