For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 inch ridge over the Lower Great Lakes will
move to the eastern seaboard by Thursday as a trough of 29.7
inches over the Upper Mississippi Valley this evening moves
across Lake Superior. Low pressure troughing of 29.5 inches will
then remain over the Upper Great Lakes into Sunday. High pressure
ridging of 30.0 inches will build into the Lower Great Lakes
Sunday into Monday.
