TROUGH ACROSS WISCONSIN AND LOWER MICHIGAN THROUGH TONIGHT. ANOTHER
29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPING OVER KANSAS LATE TONIGHT
WILL THEN MOVE NORTHEAST THROUGH THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY
NIGHT AND INTO QUEBEC ON MONDAY WHILE A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM BUILDS INTO SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA. EXPECT THIS HIGH TO SLIDE
