UPPER GREAT LAKES MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT. AS THE TROUGH MOVES TO
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY LATE TUESDAY...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES
WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL THEN LINGER
OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. AS THE HIGH DRIFTS
