...HEAVY RAINS EXPECTED LATER TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.A VERY STRONG STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS WISCONSIN
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING BRINGING THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY
RAINS AND FLASH FLOODING. WIDESPREAD RAIN AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3
INCHES IS FORECAST. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH
SOME STORMS HAVING HEAVY RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER
HOUR AT TIMES. WITH THIS HEAVY RAIN COMING IN THE NIGHT TIME
HOURS...MOTORISTS WITH TRAVEL PLANS TONIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING ARE URGED TO STAY ALERT OF THE LATEST WEATHER CONDITIONS.
VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY LOW IN THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS AND WILL
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT. THERE REMAINS SOME UNCERTAINTY WITH WHERE
THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL FALL...BUT CONFIDENCE IS FAIRLY HIGH THAT
THE MAIN TIME FRAME OF CONCERN IS FROM AFTER MIDNIGHT THROUGH

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...
  SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN...INCLUDING
  THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...FOND DU LAC
  AND SHEBOYGAN. IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN...COLUMBIA...DANE...
  GREEN...GREEN LAKE...IOWA...LAFAYETTE...MARQUETTE...ROCK AND
  SAUK. IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN...DODGE...JEFFERSON...KENOSHA...
  MILWAUKEE...OZAUKEE...RACINE...WALWORTH...WASHINGTON AND
  WAUKESHA.

* FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

* HEAVY RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE AT
  TIMES AFTER MIDNIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WIDESPREAD STORM
  TOTAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS IN AREAS WHERE THE THUNDERSTORMS TRAIN OVER THE SAME
  LOCATIONS OVER A LONGER PERIOD AND STORMS WITH HIGHER PER HOUR
  RAINFALL RATES.

* ANYONE WITH TRAVEL PLANS LATER TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL
  WANT TO STAY ALERT TO THE LATEST WEATHER CONDITIONS AS ROADS MAY
  BE WASHED OUT OR HAVE MOVING WATER OVER THEM. VISIBILITY WILL
  ALSO LIKELY BE VERY LOW FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL RATES.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
