* FLOOD STAGE IS 18.5 FEET.
* MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY TOMORROW AND CONTINUE TO
  RISE TO NEAR 21.5 FEET BY WEDNESDAY EARLY AFTERNOON. THE RIVER WILL
  FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY FRIDAY EVENING.
* IMPACT...AT 23.0 FEET...FLOODWATERS TOUCH THE BASE OF THE RIVER
  GAUGE HOUSE IN ROCK SPRINGS.  WATER COVERS A PORTION OF HWY DD IN
  ROCK SPRINGS.  FLOODWATERS COVER A PORTION OF A BASEBALL FIELD IN
  ROCK SPRINGS.

  BUSINESS AND A ROAD WAYSIDE PARK ABOUT 5 MILES DOWNSTREAM NEAR THE
  HIGHWAY 33 BRIDGE.  ALSO...WATER AFFECTS AN AUTO AUCTION BUSINESS
  NEAR HIGHWAY I-94.

  RIVER REACHING THIS LEVEL. THERE IS LOCALIZED FLOODING OF SHEBOYGAN
  PARKS ADJACENT TO THE RIVER.
