  CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 14.5 FEET BY TUESDAY MORNING. THE RIVER
  WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY LATE FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 13.0 FEET...THERE IS FIRST FLOOR FLOODING TO SOME HOMES
  ADACENT TO THE RIVER IN THE THIENSVILLE AREA. SOME STREETS IN
  MEQUON AND THIENSVILLE ARE CLOSED.
