DEEP LOW PRESSURE MOVES THROUGH THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN GREAT
LAKES. IN ADDITION...MUCH COLDER AIR WILL FLOW INTO THE REGION.
THESE STRONG WINDS WILL BE MOST PRONOUNCED ACROSS THE EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE AREA...WITH THE HIGHEST WIND GUSTS NEAR LAKE
MICHIGAN.

* WINDS...NORTH AT 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...OBJECTS SUCH AS TRASH CANS AND LAWN FURNITURE WILL BE
  BLOWN AROUND. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY IN OPEN
  AREAS.
