* TIMING...AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE FORMED IN SOME AREAS WITH
  FURTHER DEVELOPMENT EXPECTED INTO THE EVENING HOURS.

* VISIBILITY...1/4 MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL LEAD TO POOR DRIVING
  CONDITIONS. SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH CAUTION.
