CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAR LATER TODAY AND THIS EVENING ALONG
WITH DIMINISHING WINDS.

THESE CONDITIONS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO FALL INTO THE LOW TO
MID 30S LATER TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. WITH LIGHTER
SURFACE WINDS...AREAS OF LATE NIGHT FROST ARE EXPECTED.
